Intermezzo

INTERMEZZO

: (noun) totally the word I need rite now. Apparently also is the song I need...

Intermezzo, from Cavalleria Rusticana, best of Pietro Mascagni (1863-1945), an Italian musician. Not as famous as Debussy and his Clair de Lune but definitely is comparable. People sometimes also call it "Sancta Maria", coz "Hail Mary" is basically the lyrics.

I call it "That nice stave where my heavy long sigh is well composed, by exhaustion and awe".

The right song for souls out there feeling tired and being etched out by exams and projects. This is for you.

Hope you feel closer to divinity...
