I'll be Home this Christmas
Akhirnya selese juga nih semester. Mate deh, semester paling sibuk!! Rasanya selalu ga punya cukup waktu. Kalo punya pun, kayanya gw terlalu cape untuk ngapa2in, dan gw mulai sirik sama orang2 yang bisa spend di rumanya nonton tipi tanpa musti mikirin hari Senen ada peer Chem E due pas wiken. Hmmm, wishing university student's life were easier.
11 scientific reports, due every week, each consisting more than 20 pages. This is the joy of CBE 324. Only 2 credits class. Goodbye, lab, see you again summer 2007. Maybe in Madison or Spain.
Stressful times when we got our 10 homeworks (scheduled for 10, if I'm correct, if you did all of 'em) and getting very-very low score because 'partial credits' is not the grader's favorite word. Ngumpulin full length homework sama ga bikin sama sekali ga ada beda, soalnya gw pernah dapet 0! Bete abis. Terus ulangannya juga banyaknya stenga mati. 3 short problems and 2 System problems in only 50 minutes! Long live CBE 326, long live Swaney!!! Hidup design project yang duenya pas2an final exam! (Orang ga mikir gimana belajarnya, ya? Jelas2 projectnya susah abis!), resulting the heat exchanger pressure drop of -10juta psia! Horeeeee (Dengan ini meledaklah project gw seiring dengan nilai gw yang jeblok lagi.)
CBE 311. One of my best professors taught this class, along with the excellence of the UW-Madison CBE students. My score is not bad, but the average is never bad, too! Don't know what I'll get for this one. Screwed up in the final. Well done, quite fair game (dibandingin sama CBE 326 tadi). Thanx, Prof. Chavez. You're one of my favorites. I hate the TA, though.
Peer due tiap ari padahal diassignnya juga pendek2 waktunya. Inilah German 102. Ga susah, tapi kerjaannya banyak. Oral project 2 kali, dan 4 writing projects, all in German! Not to forget the quizes. 4 credits class, not so bad afterall.
Terakhir, kelas yang gw ambil tapi rasanya kaya ga diambil : Biochem 501! Hahahaha, ini kelas sih gw bener2 ga niat masuknya sih. Ada 3 midterms dan 1 final. Sejak midterm pertama, gw skip kelas terus. Abisnya lecture notes ada online, terus apalan semua. Beeeuhhh, susahnyaaah... Soalnya apalannya menggunung. Soalnya detil2 dan susah2, tapi average kelas tinggi terus (D*MN THE PRE-MED AND MED STUDENTS! YOU SCREWED OUR CLASS CURVE! Btw, you're good :), hehehehe... )
Anyways, that was short nostalgy with the classes I just ended in about half an hour ago. I'll go to Chicago this evening and stay there a night. Tomorrow I'll be flying here and there to get to my homeland, Indonesia! I miss my family, Indonesian foods, my long time no see friends, and just others. Where the weather is poluted but never -18C! Man, it's frickin' cold here. Bye for now, Madison. Goodbye inches of snow! See y'all in the beginning of next year. (It'll be even more freezing when I get back here. Dang!)
I won't be bloggin or MSN-ing for quite some time. In fact, I don't think I'll have a decent touch with internet in a while. Hopefully my inboxes won't just explode with any important or not so important mails.
